If you are also struggling with the impact of a recent traumatic event or have years of trauma that makes you feel like your life is looping with no progress? Feeling stuck between who you have been and who you want to become? I am here to help. My clinical lens is holistic, compassionate and has a trauma lens . This meaning I try to understand a patient’s perception of life and assess how trauma has impacted their perspective on life and how they engage in relationships. I integrate somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and neuroscience-informed practices to help you:

  • Understand emotional patterns without judgment

  • Build a safer, more trusting relationship with yourself

  • Learn how your nervous system shapes your reactions and relationships

  • Create change that feels embodied — not forced or intellectualized

Therapy with me is not about ā€œfixingā€ you. It’s about helping you listen more deeply to yourself and respond with clarity, compassion, and choice.
